Sale/Merger

On December 31, 2009, Delta Connection Academy, Inc., was partially sold to Flight Training Acquisition LLC (FTA) backed by Lincolnshire Management

The flight school retained the "Delta Connection Academy" name until August 2, 2010 when the official announcement came that the school is to now be known simply as "Aerosim Flight Academy".

Aerosim Flight Academy is fully accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). The flight school has four campuses, one of which is located in Sanford, Florida
