. It takes place in April of every year. The 2011 DALLAS International Film Festival will be held March 31-April 10, 2011. Opening night will be held Thursday, March 31, at Winspear Opera House in the AT&T Performing Arts Center. The festival will be dedicated to founder and chairman emeritus Liener Temerlin.

History

The DALLAS International Film Festival began in 2006 as the AFI DALLAS International Film Festival. The 2010 festival was held April 8–18 and featured twelve official selections including three world premiers.
