. After several years in the Provincial League of Thailand, the club was promoted to the Thai Premier League in 2007. In the first season in the top flight division, the team finished in 11th place at the end of the season.

Pattaya United

The team moved to Pattaya for the 2009 season and changed its name to Pattaya United (The Dolphins), in their first season under the new name the team the team finished in 11th place again in the Thai Premier League, only avoiding relegation in the final game of the season. While on the pitch, the team performed poorly, off the pitch the fan base grew to average around 3,000 per home game. Pattaya has many European supporters and the atmosphere at home games is quite unique.

 at Nong Prue holds only just over 3000 spectators but this will only be used until midway through the 2010 season. The club will then move to a state of the art stadium located near the indoor sports arena.

Construction of a new stadium has already begun. The first phase will be completed in 2010, and will give the club a seating capacity of around 5,000. At the end of the second phase, 2013, the stadium will hold 20,000 spectators. The stadium complex includes a venue for athletics and other sports. In addition, there will be a 50m swimming pool with 8 lanes. A tennis center court with room for 2,000 spectators and 12 training venues which will provide facilities for sports such as volleyball and beach volleyball. The total cost for the project will be around 744 million Baht.
