With her time of 2 hours 28 minutes and 24 seconds on 27 January 2008 at the Osaka Ladies Marathon (10th place), she not only beat the previous French record established by Chantal Dällenbach, but also qualified for the marathon in the 2008 Olympics. This was her second major marathon, her first being the Paris Marathon
