Ceresco has a public library, public park, and three Protestant churches. Ceresco also has an elementary school that feeds into the Raymond Central School District. Its roads are 95% paved, and it includes a small police and fire department featuring three part-time policemen and four fire trucks. The village's government is a village board, which hires a city engineer. It has no medical facilities or manufacturing plants.
