Slin Tompson left the band in 1990 to start a project on his own. In 1991, the band released their second album Continuous, but this was less successful because synthpop's popularity was declining. Because of this, the group disbanded in 1992. Soon afterwards, the former Celebrate the Nun members joined up with Baxxter's cousin Ferris Bueller to form Scooter
