CCBL provides an array of banking services including in the areas of community banking, retail banking, investment, merchant and corporate banking. , the bank was a retail bank with total assets valued at approximately US$36 million (ZMK:172.5 billion). The bank employed 145 people in 2008.

History

The Bank was established in 2004, when Cavmont Merchant Bank Limited and New Capital Bank Plc., both of which had been established in 1992, merged to form one universal bank
