. It was built between 2004 and 2008 and opened in 2009. It was partly designed by Josip Sabolić. The mall is situated in the centre of Zagreb, about 500 m to the north of the main city square, approached by Mikloušićeva Street.

The garage of the mall has a capacity of 180 cars and the gross area of the building is around 18 000 m2. The east part of the center contains four apartments overlooking the gardens of the residential street but they are completely separated from the commercial part of the building.
