History

Captain Flower was a florist named Freddie who worked in an unspecified American city. When the city came under attack by Captain Flowers' arch foe, Electric Man, Captain Flower tries to stop the rampage, but with little success. Though he saves the day, Captain Flower is left bruised and sore at the end of the battle.

Powers and abilities

Besides the fact that Freddie can transform from a child into the large-and-clumsy Captain Flower, no other powers are demonstrated.
