). He appears to be a junior officer of the Spectrum organisation because in "The Mysterons" he is heading his first major assignment.

, causing the vehicle to crash. The Mysterons duplicate the dead men's bodies and task the reconstructions to kill the President.

In New York, the Mysteronised Brown escorts the President to a Maximum Security Building. However, the reconstruction is actually a walking bomb

 and, once inside the President's office, exudes smoke and explodes. However, the President survives by activating an emergency escape hatch just before the detonation. Later, Scarlet kidnaps the President, but he is killed before inexplicably returning to life with his human consciousness restored.

Ironically, although the series is set in 2068, Brown not only smokes, but smokes unfiltered cigarettes and owns a cigarette case.
