, United States of America and is the newest addition to the Berkeley County School District. The School opened in August 2008, to 9th and 10th graders, adding a grade each year. On August 17, 2010, this school will open its doors to all four grade levels for the first time.

 and Moncks Corner. Cane Bay Plantation, the Parks at Berkeley (both in Summerville) and Carnes Crossroads (in Goose Creek) are all plantations being developed in the vicinity. The school opened in August 2008. Cane Bay was donated to the school district.

Track and field

Cane Bay's Girls Track team won the Region 6-AA Region Championship in each of the first three years the school was open.

Distributing Education Clubs of America (DECA)

At the 2009-2010 South Carolina State Career Development Conference this chapter took home 3 medallions and Gerrard Roberts took home a 1st place trophy in Sports and Entertainment Marketing Operations Research Event for the school.

Cobra Choral

The Cane Bay Cobra Choral place 3rd in the State for 2-AA in their division. They have sang with College of Charleston concert choir.

Marching band

The band had placed last in their second competition, and went on to take 10th place at 2A Lower state competition with a score of 82.95.

School Facilities

The school has separate areas for vocational classes, an auditorium, media center, gym, and administrative offices.
