as Cadeleigh and Bickleigh but was renamed in 1906. Although Bickleigh
is both a bigger village and nearer to the station than Cadeleigh
, the name "Bickleigh" was not used in order to avoid confusion with the other Bickleigh

Cadeleigh closed with the rest of the Exe Valley line on 7 October 1963. The station building is now used as the Devon Railway Centre
