 has acquired Grupo Editorial Expansion, Mexico's second-largest magazine publisher. Terms were not disclosed, but industry observers estimated that the deal was worth $60 million to $65 million.

AdMedia Partners represented Grupo Editorial Expansion in its acquisition by Time Inc., which was announced today. AdMedia Partners is a New York investment banking firm specializing in the media, marketing, interactive and information services industries.
