It publishes daily Monday to Friday and circulates in Nigeria and Ghana.

The publisher is Frank Aigbogun, a former editor of the Vanguard newspaper.
As of May 2011, the Editor-in-chief was Jemie Onwuchekwa and the editor was Phillip Isakpa.
The newspaper has produced many award-winning journalists.
