Each division is led by a division director who works within each division to provide strategic leadership and performance targets.

Established businesses in each division each have experienced oilfield service personnel and a management team led by a general manager. Essential Energy Services allows the management team of each business to be responsible for the day to-day delivery of services to customers in the field, management of activity flow and management of field staff.
