to students. The viewership of the website is surging amongst students, providing information related to engineering career, higher education,competitive exams, internships and jobs in India.
It is a virtual boon to engineers.
Initially the company was incubated as Aerosol Engineering Services Private Limited, in the C-TIDES (Cell for Technology Innovation, Development and Entrepreneurship Support), IIT-Madras, in March, 2008. The name was subsequently changed to Bodhbridge Educational Services Private Limited, and http://www.btechguru.com/ was started as an online portal and as the e-wing of the company. Ever since, 'btechguru' has been an informal name of the company among students.
Mr. Prashanth and Mr.Balaraju Kondaveeti won accolades at the Pan-IIT global conference, 2008.
Local G is a low cost software which has a content management system that customizes the best content in the world for local needs. The software contains a HTTP video streaming facility. NPTEL Videos are indexed in this CMS (content management system) and can be searched with various keywords. It will be installed on the Local Area Network of the educational institution. The software is called Local G (Local Guru).

courseware, prepared jointly by the IITs and IISc - Bangalore. They promote and distribute NPTEL content to students across the country. NPTEL material available for FREE. BodhBridge reaches out to students and colleges that don't have enough bandwidth to download NPTEL videos. The cost of a full semester DVD course is as low as Rs.200 (Price is decided by NPTEL).
The website serves as a useful source of information and resources on the web. It provides valuable information and counselling on jobs, internships, academics, higher education, latest developments in technology and various technical events across the country.
The organization frequently puts up technical workshops, which are either free of cost, or of a nominal fee.
BodhBridge has been selected for Nasscom Emerge 50 Awards, 2011.

Mr.Balaraju Kondaveeti completed M.S (Entrepreneurship) from IIT Madras. He is a B.Tech in ECE from JNTU Hyderabad. As part of M.S (Entrepreneurship), he founded a company in 2006 and filed 4 patents in the area of Internet Security. These patents were licensed to Lasersoft Infosystems, a Polaris group company. Mr.Balaraju won the Best Student Plan Award in Business Plan Conclave Organized by PAN IIT Global Conference 2008. Mr.Balaraju won the National Budding Innovator Award, 2009 from NRDC, a Govt. of India Enterprise.

The concept was the brainchild of two M.S (Entrepreneurship) students at IIT Madras,Mr. Balaraju Kondaveeti and Mr. Prashanth along with their friends. YEDI stands for Young Entrepreneurs Development Initiative, and is one of btechguru's flagship programs.
