The school is divided into two separate entities, the Junior Department educating girls aged 4–11 and the Senior School for girls aged 11–18. There are 900 pupils on roll. They have excellent sports facilities, a new science block and a large library.

The current head teacher is Ms Louise Simpson BSc Hons. The head of the Junior School is Mrs E Hill BEd Hons, CertEd.
