History

The amusement park and accompanying caravan site is based at Unity Farm which was bought by the House Family just after World War II

 in 1946, and allowed camping on the farm. In the 1970s a golf course was added, which was followed by a swimming pool complex, bars and a bowling alley in the 1990s. The rides and concessions have also been growing gradually since the 1970s and the site attracts over 500,000 people per year.

In 2006 £1.2million was spent on new rides.

  • XFactory – similar to the traditional Miama Trip ride found within most mobile fun fairs, with the extra added bonus of water jets that shoot water up at the riders when they are in mid-air. The seats tilt downwards so riders get a better view of the water and ground below.
