 from the 18 to 19 July 2009. The competition included both men's and women's events for seven different weight categories. It was controlled by the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness.

All events were held at the Cultural Center Jhinde Hall in Kaohsiung.. Ukraine topped the standings with 3 gold medals. Unfortunately four male bodybuilders were later disqualified as a result of doping.
