Development

The game was directed by Kenji Fukuya, with Shoji Fukuda and Naoto Naruse serving as assistant directors. The game was designed by Tetsu Ozaki, with Nobuyuki Irie serving as his assistant. Yuichi Ochiai served as the game's lead programmer, with the other programmers consisting of Kenji Shibayama, Toshikaza Sahoda, Hiroyuki Matsui and Toshiaki Furusato. Kiyotaka Isako served as the game's storyboard artist and animation director. The music was composed by Hiromichi Furuya, with Kenmi serving as the score's guitarist. The sound effects were created by Osamu Narita. The Japanese voice cast features Hideo Ishikawa
