Initially Chitrangada Singh
was slated to star opposite Vivek Oberoi as the female lead. She was later replaced by Genelia D'Souza
in May 2010. The film's principal photography
was to begin in August 2010, but since lead actor Vivek Oberoi
was still working on Ram Gopal Varma's Rakht Charitra and could not travel to London
, where 90% of the shooting is set to take place, it was postponed to May 2011.
