He started learning tabla from his father, noted table player and accompanist, Pandit Shankar Ghosh, and went on to perform with musical legends like Ustad Ali Akbar Khan and Pandit Ravi Shankar.

Future projects

Bickram Ghosh will soon be launching a percussion course called Repercussion for Ace Open University. Here he will be teaching an extensive Tabla Curriculum designed by himself via Online streaming lessons to aspiring students worldwide.
His music company called Melting Pot Productions launches in October.
