The Festival Village is an outdoor marquee area offering a range of craft stalls, cafés, children's activities, Area 2 youth workshops and performances, the Teenage Cancer Trust tent showcasing the best of local and regional musicians and the late night Beverley Arts Trust tent.

The festival celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 2008 and the programme included

The 2009 Festival took place on 19–21 June 2009 with a line-up which included Billy Bragg and Miles Cain.
