It has over 8,500 square meters building area, 7/24 emergency service, covered by many international and national insurance companies. This hospital provides affordable pediatric care at international standards: qualified doctors and nurses, private and safe family rooms and imported equipment. English speaking staff offers a full range of children’s health care services on a 7/24 basis.

This unique affiliation allows the patients to utilize the full and extensive capabilities of the Beijing Children's Hospital in the separate, stand-alone, international standard facility. Structured on a patient-centered, attending physician-based practice model, the patients enjoy the full attention of their attending physicians in private, fully equipped facilities.

The clinics are scheduled for a minimum of 15-minutes per clinic visit to allow full opportunity for parents to discuss their child's condition and establish a strong relationship with the attending physician of their choice.

 floors feature 80 private rooms fully equipped with en-suite bathroom, flat-screen monitors, DVD players and sleeping accommodations for a parent to stay overnight with the child. In addition, there are 20 expansive deluxe suites with extended seating and other features.

The child-friendly facility is specifically designed and operated to create an atmosphere that is comforting, reassuring and supportive for young patients. Each floor features a full-size playground, family lounges with complimentary coffee and tea, daily entertainment with clowns, musicians and the hospital's famous Mr. Panda. The nursing, medical and technical staffs are dressed in colorful smocks reinforcing a friendly and inviting image for patients.

The 24-hour a day, 7-days a week, pediatric emergency room is staffed by Beijing's pediatric emergency specialists. This expansive facility includes examination rooms, overnight observation beds and full access to the hospital's emergency capabilities in surgery and medicine. The hospital provides direct billing services for eleven major international insurance companies. Assistance with prior authorization, billing forms and contact with patient's insurance company is a feature of the English-speaking customer service department.
