. It is located on the Hagley Road junction with Bearwood Road. It is Smethwick's only bus station, it is accessed via one way street’s and subsequently most services use the stands located outside the station.

Facilities

Stands A, B & C are located in the main part of the bus station where the former cafe and toilets are located, these are managed by Sandwell Borough Council. Two stands are located on Lordswood Road along side the Kings Head Public House, and one solitary stand is located on Bearwood Road (for service 448 towards West Bromwich

 & 40X only). The rest of the bus stations stands are located on the Hagley Road itself.

Buses using stands A to C require to navigate the Bearwood one-way system which only allows traffic to enter from the Lightwoods Park direction of Adkins Road and exit directly onto Bearwood Road near its junction with the Hagley Road. Subsequently most services us the road side stands on Hagley Road, Lordsword Road and Bearwood Road.

Bearwood Three Shires Oak Road is not part of the bus station but it also has a number of services and combined with the bus stops located on Bearwood Road make it a viable interchange, and thus Network West Midlands have published a interchange guide which can be obtained from the link bellow. It can be reached by a bus obviously or a short walk, it is at the opposite end of Bearwood's main shopping street next to the Bear Tavern public house.

There is no rail link in Bearwood and it has never had a railway station (although there was a station located on the Harborne Branch Line on Hagley Road and was/is the closest). Smethwick dose have railway stations, but are all located at the High Street end of the town and a decent walk. Buses serve all of Smethwick’s railway stations and stations in Birmingham City Centre for the best possible service. coaches provides a regular service via Birmingham to London Victoria Coach Station and Heathrow Airport (along with a less regular service to other places).
