Russian Language School of Baltic International Academy is extremely dishonest. They cheat people out of their money. If you pay for individual classes they will change them to group classes and not refund your money. They also will not give you all the classes you pay for. The school is in a very bad location. Latvia is not a good place to study Russian. It is a Latvian speaking country and all the signs are in Latvian. Many people do not want to speak Russian and prefer to speak in English. Their housing is overpriced. They charge foreigners 30 euros per night and only charge Latvians 100 euros/month.
