The Atlanta Experience is an expansion franchise of the American Basketball Association which will begin play in the 2011 season.
The Experience is the fourth team in ABA history to be based in Atlanta
, joining the active Georgia Gwizzlies
as well as the defunct Atlanta Vision
and Reigning Knights of Georgia. The Experience recently welcomed a city neighbor in the Atlanta Aliens who joined the league in 2011 with the purchase of the rights to the Gwinnett County market.
