, originally founded as the Assyrian Aid and Social Society in northern Iraq, is an Assyrian organization established for the purpose of providing humanitarian aid to Assyrian Christians in the Assyrian homeland, Bet Nahrain.

The current AAS President is Ashur Sargon Eskrya. Autonomous independent Assyrian Aid societies in the United States, Great Britain, Australia, Canada, and Sweden help fund AAS humanitarian projects in Iraq.
