to acquire information about The Staff's location. In 1998, Daniel Cross meets with the Mentor of the Assassins order and it is then discovered that Cross is actually a sleeper agent brainwashed at the age of 7 to kill the mentor when the opportunity presents itself, and that he is subject 4 in the experiments Abstergo has tested on captured assassins.

Since late April 2011, Ubiworkshop.com has had 1 page of the comic available for free every Wednesday on their website, as of late August 2011, they have almost finished issue 1, with issue 2 and 3 to also eventually follow.
