Doping accusation

In July 2011 prior to Asian athletics championships in Kobe (Japan) she was accused of using performance enhancing drugs along with 7 other Indian athletes. She was subsequently dropped from the athletics team sent to Kobe for the event and was suspended from athletics. However, she denied the charges and claimed that she is innocent. The final verdict on her future is yet to come.
