Arundel Museum is run by the Arundel Museum Society, a registered charity. The museum is manned entirely by volunteers and relies on subscriptions, donations and fundraising events for its survival.

Building is scheduled to start later in 2011, but a total of £1.6 million is required to complete the build and fit out this new permanent home, so Arundel Museum Society is still involved in a major fundraising drive.
