The station is located along South Boulevard just off Arrowood Road. It has an island platform

, which sits between the two tracks. Additionally, this station includes 289 commuter parking spaces. The Arrowood viaduct was installed in the period between July 13 through July 23, 2006.

Public art

As part of the CATS Art in Transit program, Arrowood features several pieces intended to provide a better overall aesthetic for the station. The works include bas-reliefs entitled Skyrocket Oak and landscaping entitled Evergreen Encyclopedia by Alice Adams, drinking fountain basins designed to look like dogwood
