Annabelle was born to American-Filipino father and Filipino mother. She was later raised by her aunt and uncle along with her siblings, wherein her aunt treated her as her own child. On 22 March 1963, 20-year old Huggins was kidnapped by two men to taxi the third man was Ruben. She also claim that Ablaza raped her multiple times after covering her mouth.
