Andrew Piikoi Kawānanakoa, Prince of the House of Kawānanakoa
was born on October 7, 1964. He was the youngest son of Prince Edward Abner Kealiiahonui Kawānanakoa by his wife Princess Carolyn Willison Branch Kawānanakoa.

, the current pretender. Their two elder half-brothers, Edward and David are not on the line of succession due to Edward's disability and David's renounciation of the throne. He is the 3rd in the Kawānanakoa line of the Hawaiian throne after his nephews Kincaid Kawānanakoa and Riley Kawānanakoa. In the Line of Liliuokalani Kawānanakoa, headed by his cousin Princess Abigail Kekaulike Kawananakoa, he is 5th in line after his nephews.

His sons are Prince Andrew Kaeokulani Kawānanakoa and Prince Jonah Kealiiokalani Kawānanakoa. His daughters are Kanoelani Adlawan, Kawehe Adlawan, and Kahealani Adlawan.
