In the Line of Liliuokalani Kawānanakoa, headed by his cousin Princess Abigail Kekaulike Kawananakoa, he is 5th in line after his nephews.

His sons are Prince Andrew Kaeokulani Kawānanakoa and Prince Jonah Kealiiokalani Kawānanakoa. His daughters are Kanoelani Adlawan, Kawehe Adlawan, and Kahealani Adlawan.
