Music video controversy

In January 1995, Van Halen made a music video for "Amsterdam". MTV didn't want to air the video, due to the drug references in the lyrics, so the band used alternate lyrics. Despite the change, MTV still refused to air the video. The video mainly aired on MuchMusic instead.
