Moon
The Moon is Earth's only known natural satellite,There are a number of near-Earth asteroids including 3753 Cruithne that are co-orbital with Earth: their orbits bring them close to Earth for periods of time but then alter in the long term . These are quasi-satellites and not true moons. For more...

Icarus (crater)
Icarus is a lunar impact crater that lies on the Moon's far side. It is located to the west of the huge walled plain Korolev, and less than two crater diameters to the east of the crater Daedalus. To the south of Icarus is the smaller Amici....

McKellar (crater)
McKellar is a lunar impact crater on the Moon's far side, and it cannot be viewed directly from the Earth. It lies to the southwest of the crater Crookes, and the ray system from this impact covers the floor and sides of McKellar. To the south is the slightly smaller Bok.This crater is somewhat...

.

The rim of Amici has been eroded and distorted by subsequent impacts, so that is now has a somewhat polygon

al shape. It has a valley at the southern end that extends toward the satellite crater Amici M. The interior floor has no notable impact formations, but is pock-marked by tiny craterlets.

Satellite craters

By convention these features are identified on lunar maps by placing the letter on the side of the crater mid-point that is closest to Amici.
