Albugo tragopogonis is the old name for Pustula tragopogonishttp://www.indexfungorum.org/Names/SynSpecies.asp?RecordID=346454, the causal agent of white blister disease on goatsbeard (Tragopogon spp.). Currently, also sunflower white blister rust is attributed to this pathogen, but this has not yet been confirmed by molecular phylogenetic studies.
