Al Jazeera Mobasher (alternative transliteration: Al Jazeera Mubashir) is a television channel launched by Al Jazeera on April 15 2005. It is an all-Arabic channel that broadcasts conferences live without editing or commentary, using subtitles when translation is needed. The channel is also sometimes referred to as Al Jazeera Live. Mobasher is an Arabic word for Live (as in live broadcast).
