Much of the area are forested or have no farmlands, half of the area are covered with pine forests in the south and west and a few hills and along to the east with a few bushes and grasslands. The village is located on a valley with the Peneus River and curvy roads up to the bridge of GR-33. The northern part is the Peneus River. The mountains of Skollis in the northwest and Erymanthus
