In May 2008, it became apparent that Djeziri had left Portsmouth. He signed for FC Hjørring
in August 2008 and left Hjørring in December 2008 and moved to Vejle BK. While with Vejle BK Djeziri had a solid campaign appearing in 23 matches and scoring 5 goals. In September 2010 once his contract had expired with Vejle BK he joined HB Køge
on a free transfer. While with HB Køge
he appeared in 13 league matches and scored 1 goal. The goal came in a 2-1 away victory over Viborg.
