  • Link quality research and the development of ideas with policy development, program evaluation and project development in the public and private sectors.
  • Become a leader in its field assisting policy makers at all levels in identifying trends, establishing possible solutions and drawing together the best information and understanding within Australia whilst drawing upon international experience.
