1927 CADILLAC was moved to Canada because Buick Chevrolet was being built in Oshawa General Motors of Canada this started in 1908 for the Buick Motor in McLaughlin cars and 1916 for Chevrolet. This is to say Durant and McLaughlin started General Motors after GM shares were taken over by Chevrolet in 1916. United States History never is Good? the depression in the USA forced Canada to bail General Motors out then too.

The Roaring Twenties had many technological wonders that made life a little better for the working American breadwinner and his family. The automobile was Beginning to take hold in America as the Basic form of travel in the Cities, as Well as in the Rural parts of The Country at that time. The Horse and Buggy concept of Inner city travel had just about played out by the mid 1920's,Except in rural America, The Horse was still used on the Farms for work, and in small towns every where as basic transportation alongside the Automobile. The Automobile Impacted Just about every aspect of American culture at that time.Making it a bit faster to go from one place to another and travel farther in one day than was possible with a Horse and buggy. The automobile was economical for most people who owned them, and was a huge Impact on the American Social life at that time.Marriage in America was enhanced greatly by the Automobile,Couples could travel to and from together in an automobile, in less time, and travel farther to do their shopping and go to meet friends and family, etc.Other technical development's were the improved Electric Refrigerators, the washing machine was taking hold in the American households,The AM radio and Shortwave Radio were being developed as a form of news and information across America as well, . The Phonograph was a marvel at this time, and people young and old alike were using them in their homes for musical enjoyment, and entertainment. These were just a few examples of the things that Americans bought for themselves, to make life easier at home and at work or play, in the Roaring Twenties.
