What is the poverty percent in the city of atlanta, georgia

well lets see im guess it doesn't exist when a democrat is in office.Its not reported on by any so called "News Outlet"
I guess the next big question is, What is Poverty? by government standards there is no standard, its a variable that continuously changes with each election. I grew up in so called poverty (says the experts)but never knew it. We were not rich and when i wanted money for something i had to come up with ways to get it. No government hand out and criminal activity. Yet i enjoyed my childhood as much if not more than some rich kids. We never seemed poor, never acted poor, so we were not poor. We were rich in the one thing that mattered most of all "Spirit"
So don't let them label you...if you do they are doing it for their benifit no yours
