Herod's Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 A.D. by Vespasian and his son Titus.
Titus finished the job becausue his father went back to rome to become the emporer. Titus
finished the destruction process. The only thing that remains of Herod's Temple to this day
is the Western Wall or what it has become to be known as the Wailing Wall. It is part of the
Antonine Fort that housed the Roman Garrison mentioned in the Christian Gospels.

So there is no temple since it was destroyed by Titus? All those centuries the jewish people did not have a place to worship their God.
