Yusef Abbas is a Chinese citizen currently imprisoned in the United States' Guantanamo Bay detention camp.

 forbids the repatriation of people who might be tortured upon their re-arrival. Consequently, Abbas is still being held in Guantanamo. A federal judge ordered his release to the United States in October 2008, but his order was stayed to allow for an appeal from the U.S. government.
