Yaakov Yehuda Aryeh Leib Frenkel was born roughly in the year 1855 to his father Rabbi Yom Tov Tzvi. Rabbi Yom Tov Tzvi was the son of Rabbi Yaakov from the town of Oshvar.

for over fifty years. When he retired he moved to Satmar.
