Workshy is Michael McDermott, Chrysta Jones and Kevin Kehoe (who left in 1992) and was formed in London in 1986. Workshy can best be remembered in their hit songs such as “Never The Same”, “You’re The Summer” and Burt Bacharach standards like “I Say A Little Prayer”, “If I Ever Lose This Heaven” and Carole King’s “It’s Too Late.”
The band got signed into UK-based Magnet Records in June 1987, and released their debut album “The Golden Mile” in 1989.
