The winery was established in 1998 as part of a 600 acres (2.4 km²) ranch. Currently there are 10 acres (40,468.6 m²) planted in 8 different varieties of vinifera grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Zinfandel, Merlot, Chardonnay, Riseling, Gewürztraminer, and Muscat Blanc. The winery also produces "Rose of Caddo" (a blended red sweet desert wine).

It is the first Oklahoma producer of Eiswein.

The winery's bistro is open for lunch on the weekends and for wine tastings only during the week.
