 and Wootton, the main entrance being at SZ527928. It is 18 hectares in area and is a small wood on the Isle of Wight.

The wood is bordered to the west and north by open land and to the east by Palmer's Brook, which becomes more and more marshy as it winds and slows on its way to King's Quay

 and the sea to the north.

This area has recently been acquired, management of it has only just started. There is very poor access for the public and only a couple of paths run through the woods. It contains a mixture of deciduous and evergreen trees and is a location where red squirrels live.
