Wilshire Grand Tower I is an approved supertall building for Downtown Los Angeles
. Scheduled to break ground in 2012, the Wilshire Grand Tower complex is planned to consist of two towers. The tallest and central tower would be 1250 feet (381 m) while the other is planned to reach a height of 750 feet (228.6 m). The development of the complex is estimated to cost $1 billion.
